Storyland (rws global)
RWS Global has hired London as a swing performer for a singer-dancer track at an amusement park called Story Land in Glen, New Hampshire. In this role, London covers several different tracks on a rotating schedule throughout the week, each requiring a unique set of performance skills.
Some tracks call for improvisation during character strolls around the park, where London brings to life beloved characters such as Little Red Riding Hood and Little Bo Peep. She also performs in a whimsical puppet show called Funky Fairy Tales, where she plays Little Red Riding Hood and operates Jack the Lumberjack, showcasing her puppetry talents.
In addition, London takes on mascot work, appearing as Daniel and Katerina in the Daniel Tiger show and participating in meet-and-greets three times a week. Another fan-favorite role of hers is in an animatronic show featuring singing and dancing vegetables, where she plays the Scarecrow on a beautiful farm. This is London’s favorite track, thanks to its lively choreography and the catchy songs featured in this solo performance.
London also portrays the park’s most iconic character—Cinderella. She covers two distinct Cinderella tracks: one involves greeting guests, improvising in character, and posing for royal photos; the other, Cinderella’s Tealightful Tea Time Ball, features singing and interactive games with children in a magical tea party setting.
Finally, London swings into four different tracks for the park’s end-of-day show, Royal Celebration—a high-energy performance full of fun, singing, and dancing that wraps up each day on a festive note.
She will be performing at Story Land from May 14 through October 27.
